Integration makes Vorex the first PSA vendor to implement Continuum API and enables synchronized tickets, workflows and other key RMM data
DALLAS AND BOSTON, September 23, 2015 – Vorex, Inc., a leader in cloud-based business management solutions that combine project management and professional services automation (PSA) tools, today announced an integration with Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions. Continuum now offers its client base an additional option for a PSA solution and Vorex users have access to an integrated, world-class remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. Because the Vorex and Continuum integration is cloud-based, set up is quick and easy with no hardware or software installments.
“Completing an integration with Continuum is a rigorous process and we made sure it would bring value to our MSP partners,” said Dee Zepf, vice president of products and technical services at Continuum. “This integration brings a new PSA option to our partners, and was the perfect addition to our growing list of integrations that will provide them with greater variety and customization for their business needs.”
The announcement of this successful integration is the culmination of several months of testing and vetting to ensure an optimal user experience, and brings extended options and capabilities to each organization’s customers and partners. Vorex is the first Continuum-compatible PSA that uses the IT services provider’s application programming interface (API). The integration adds Vorex as the fifth PSA platform option available to Continuum users and enables synchronization of tickets and workflows between the two platforms.
“The integration between Vorex and Continuum works incredibly well and resulted in vast productivity gains,” said C.J. Ezell, founder of PointClear Networks, a Vorex and Continuum user. “It's clean, easy to use and seamlessly handles updating and closing tickets between the platforms. The integration has saved us a significant amount of time; we've been able to cut our time managing tickets by about 70 percent, which is huge for our business.”
“This exciting integration gives Vorex users access to a sophisticated RMM tool that will be seamlessly integrated into the Vorex platform,” said Mike Salem, CEO and founder of Vorex. “We are constantly looking for ways to better serve our clients and help them grow their businesses, and this partnership lets us do that.”
The new integration streamlines processes and supports business scenarios such as creating a ticket in Continuum while initiating correct workflows in Vorex and creating a ticket in Vorex and having it assigned to the help desk team at Continuum.
The integration is being demonstrated at Continuum’s second annual user conference, Navigate 2015, September 27-29, 2015 at The Cosmopolitan™ of Las Vegas in the Vorex booth. For more information, visit: www.continuum.net/navigate2015.
