Dee joined Continuum as a founding member of the executive team in 2011, bringing over 20 years of software and product management experience with her. In her first four years with the company, as VP Products and Technical Services, she established a robust partner feedback process, delivered 44 consecutive monthly releases and established Continuum University. Dee also created a Partner Advisory Council that brings together 15 of Continuum’s partners and gives them a seat at the table for all strategic business and product planning.
Dee has a long track record of building great products with a strong commitment to customer success. She is passionate about exceptional user experience and is responsible for ensuring that Continuum partners get the most out of the company’s IT platform. Dee was previously Sr. Director, Product at Care.com, Senior Product Manager at IBM and Director, Product Management at Bowstreet. She was named a CRN Channel Chief in 2014 and 2015 and recognized by CRN as one of the top Women of the Channel in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
