BOSTON – May 26, 2016Continuum®, the only channel-exclusive IT management platform company, has confirmed ten top-performing MSP partners to speak at Navigate 2016, the company’s third annual user conference, taking place on Wednesday, September 28 – Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Seaport World Trade Center in Boston. Navigate offers unique content to help improve business strategies, increase sales and marketing efforts and gain a deeper understanding of Continuum products – all in an effort to help MSPs grow in revenue and profitability.

On the Business Track, Scott Spiro is presenting on work/life balance. A Technology Advisor based in Los Angeles, he has been the President & CEO of CSG for more than 20 years.

On the Partner Success Track, Brent Whitfield is presenting, “Top 10 Tips for Getting the Most Out of the NOC,” along with Devi Mazumdar. Brent co-founded DCG Technical Support in 1993 to serve the greater Los Angeles area. Devi has been President/Owner of CMIT Solutions of San Antonio NE since 2011. Danny Kennedy and David Eichkorn are presenting, “Best Practices for Working with the Help Desk.” Danny has served JDK since 2011. David has been with Gordon Flesch Company for more than 13 years. 

Also on the Partner Success Track, Paul Rouse is presenting, “Leveraging Elite Server Care and Tech Advantage to Maximize Profits and Efficiency.” Paul founded RCG more than 20 years ago. Matthew Hahn and Tim Lasonde are presenting, “Dealing with the Reality of Ransomware.” Matthew has served SWK for 13 years. Tim has been responsible for running the day-to-day operations at NSK, a 30-person IT consulting firm, for more than 6 years.    

Joy Beland is presenting, “Client Engagement Best Practices.” Joy has been Managing Partner of LA IT Girl since 1998, and in mid-2015, became President of Pink Hat Technology, a sub-division on LA IT Girl, to focus more closely on cyber security.
