Continuum Scored Highest by BSM Subscribers for Product Reliability, Adequate VAR Margins and Channel Friendliness in Remote Monitoring and Management Category for Third Year in a Row

BOSTON – Jan. 6, 2016Continuum®, the IT management platform company, has been selected by the subscribers of Business Solutions Magazine (BSM) as one of the Best Channel Vendors for 2016 in the category, “Remote Monitoring & Management” for the third year in a row. Continuum’s intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform offers proactive problem resolution backed by the company’s industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk, resolving thousands of alerts, 24x7x365, allowing its MSP partners to focus on revenue generating initiatives.

From mid-September through early October 2015, BSM conducted a Web-based survey of its VAR, MSP and ISV subscribers. To ensure the statistical accuracy of the survey, BSM partnered with Penn State University. Subscribers were asked to rate their vendor partners on a scale of 0 (worst) to 5 (best) in seven categories including Service/Support, Channel Friendly, Channel Program, Product Features, Product Reliability, Product Innovation and Adequate VAR Margins.
