Commissioned by Continuum and held in August 2014, the survey showed that more than 75 percent of Continuum’s MSP partners estimated an increase in revenue of up to 25 percent within the next 12 months – far greater than non-Continuum partners cited in the survey. The study also revealed that Continuum partners are managing the same number of endpoints as non-Continuum partners but with far fewer in-house technicians.
