“From leading industry groups to top IT solution providers, we are excited to have the tremendous support from the industry for our first annual user conference,” said Michael George, Continuum’s CEO. “We anticipate 450 people in attendance including MSPs, sponsors, exhibitors and our employees, from senior leadership, technical personnel, engineering and customer support. Our veteran MSP partners as well as the many new MSPs that have joined our team this year will be at Navigate 2014 in large numbers to network, learn the latest in IT solutions to support their SMB clients, and most importantly, gather the tools to help them grow their business into next year and beyond.”

Tremendous support for the event comes on the heels of a survey revealing that Continuum’s MSP partners are driving more revenue optimism and improved operational efficiency than their non-Continuum counterparts. Commissioned by Continuum and held in August 2014, the survey showed that more than 75 percent of Continuum’s MSP partners estimated an increase in revenue of up to 25 percent within the next 12 months – far greater than non-Continuum partners cited in the survey. The study also revealed that Continuum partners are managing the same number of endpoints as non-Continuum partners but with far fewer in-house technicians.

Navigate 2014 is an educational and training event to help the industry’s top MSPs and IT resellers maximize their investment in Continuum’s managed services platform and grow their IT services business. In addition to offering product training on the right solutions for SMB clients, unlike other user events, Navigate 2014 includes 40+ sessions with actionable insights into business strategy and economic models, sales and marketing, and service delivery optimization as well as opportunities for peer-to-peer collaboration.
