In his 20+ year career, Mitch has built and successfully sold a regional technology services firm and built a $400 million North American wide IT services business through acquisitions and organic growth. Chris Ryne’s experience includes a successful track record in technology sales, operations, management and strategic planning as he built a multi-million dollar technology services business unit within a Fortune 500 company. The pair co-founded GAP in 2010.
Mike Dudek has advised hundreds of sellers on making the most of the business value. Mike is the number one authority on mergers, acquisitions and valuation for owner entrepreneurs in the office products, document services, technology services and telecommunications dealer community. He has negotiated and consummated over 400 deals in office products and document services sectors and over 50 deals in the technology services sector. Mike is a CPA and attorney.
