Utilizing Continuum’s Help Desk and NOC for Daily IT Functions Has Allowed G2 Technology Group to Focus on Client Relationships and Strategic Growth

BOSTON – June 3, 2015 – G2 Technology Group, the premier technology consulting firm of Boston’s Innovation District and partner of Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has been able to significantly expand the scope of their IT services offering and increase revenue and profitability to new heights. G2 leverages Continuum’s intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk to be able to focus on client relationships and other strategic growth initiatives.

“Thanks to the Continuum platform, we see higher revenue numbers, greater profitability, and we’re able to invest money back into the business – and back into our employees,” says Jason Gay, Director of Managed Services at G2. “The Help Desk has enabled us to expand our offering as a business. We’ve found that we can now offer additional services to our customers that we normally wouldn’t have – and because those services are included in Continuum’s fixed Help Desk cost, we can cover them under our same support agreement. We’re passing the savings along to our customers, and they’re getting more bang for their buck.”

Continuum’s RMM platform offers proactive problem resolution backed by the company’s industry-leading NOC, a state of the art facility with nearly 600 technicians who act as a direct extension of G2’s workforce by providing 24x7x365 monitoring, issue remediation and more. G2 also leverages Continuum’s Help Desk, a U.S.-based support center that provides a variety of end user services, troubleshooting and problem resolution for a variety of IT issues. The service is white-labeled, helping G2 maintain a seamless brand experience with their customers, and offers multiple service levels designed to provide support during business hours and after hours.

“G2 Technology Group is an excellent example of how partnering with Continuum allows Managed Services Providers to scale and grow their business with new customers and increased revenue and profitability – all without adding more headaches and more staff to support the growth,” said Dee Zepf, Vice President of Products and Technical Services at Continuum. “We are delighted that G2 has enjoyed so much success and look forward to our continued partnership.”
