In Conjunction with HTG, Continuum Introduces Two Peer Groups – One for NOC Managers, One for Owners – Both Designed to Help Continuum Partners Accelerate Business Goals
BOSTON – Sept. 24, 2015 – Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has launched two exclusive peer groups – one for owners and one for network operations center (NOC) managers of its MSP partners, in conjunction with HTG Peer Groups. Consisting of 10-12 member companies organized in non-competing geographical markets, the peer group meetings for owners focus on execution and accountability. The peer group meetings for NOC managers focus on leadership and technical growth. Both are custom designed to help Continuum’s MSP partners accelerate business goals. HTG has been connecting leaders, fostering authentic relationships and creating opportunities for sharing since 2000.
“HTG is excited to partner with Continuum to deliver a unique peer group experience for their partners,” said Arlin Sorensen, Founder and CEO of HTG Peer Groups. “HTG will deliver its proven methodology of connecting peers in a powerful and impactful community, alongside Continuum’s expertise in delivering world class solutions through a training component during monthly meetings. It is a combination of community and collaboration that optimizes peer value to those who participate and propels their organizations on a journey of growth and success.”
Both meetings for owners and NOC managers will meet 12 times per year. Eleven of those meetings will be online with the twelfth being an annual face-to-face meeting the day prior to the start of Navigate, Continuum’s annual user conference. Meetings are facilitated by HTG and will have content provided by both HTG and Continuum. Topics range from management, sales and marketing, employee relations and managed services to vendor engagement and more.
“The peer groups by HTG have proven very successful over the years, so we thought it was important to create custom groups specifically for our MSP partners, leveraging the philosophy and structure of HTG,” said Jeanne Hopkins, Senior Vice President & CMO at Continuum. “In this ever-changing industry, it’s important to work together to gain the competitive edge and expose yourself to how others are leveraging existing and emerging solutions as well as strategies to meet customers’ needs. The goal of these collaborative meetings is to help our MSP partners improve their business financials.”
Arlin Sorensen is introducing and discussing the new peer groups at Navigate 2015 by Continuum, taking place on Sunday, September 27 – Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at The Cosmopolitan™ of Las Vegas.
