Annual Managed Services Provider List Honors Top Executives, Entrepreneurs and Experts Including Three from Continuum
BOSTON – Jan. 13, 2015 – Rob Autor, Senior Vice President of Global Service Delivery at Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, was selected for the seventh annual MSPmentor 250 by Penton Technology Group for the second year in a row. Jeanne Hopkins, Senior Vice President & CMO and Dee Zepf, Vice President of Product and Technical Services at Continuum were also selected. The global list identifies the world’s leading Managed Services Provider (MSP) executives, entrepreneurs, experts, coaches and community leaders. “We congratulate Continuum’s Rob, Jeanne and Dee on this distinguished honor and thank our readership community for submitting the nominations,” said Jessica Davis, Executive Editor of MSPmentor, a division of Penton.
The seventh annual MSPmentor 250 recognizes MSP executives and experts from across the globe. In addition, MSPmentor has created a Hall of Fame list (formerly Locked in the NOC) to recognize individuals who have made a lifetime impact in the market.
Rob Autor was named to the MSPmentor 250 list last year based on dramatic improvements to Continuum’s award-winning 24x7x365 NOC and Service Desk, and enhancements continued with Continuum named as a finalist in August 2014 for a HDI Service Management Award, recognizing organizations that have achieved and maintained the highest standards of excellence in service and support.
Since joining Continuum in September 2013, Jeanne Hopkins has built a powerhouse metrics based sales and marketing team that drives quality leads and revenue for MSP partners. She was responsible for launching the company’s first-ever user conference, Navigate 2014, with more than 400 people attending the 3-day sold out conference; as well as Collaborate, a private forum for its partners to connect and learn; the MSP Resource Center, an online library of eBooks, case studies, white papers and webinars; and MSPradio, Continuum’s weekly radio program to reach “on-the-go” MSPs.
Dee Zepf is responsible for driving Continuum’s product strategy and helping to ensure that the company’s partners get the absolute most out of its platform. Part of Dee’s charter is technical enablement and education for partners. She has invested heavily in improving ContinuumU, an online training resource, and in 2014 launched a full certification program. Dee successfully launched two major products for Continuum in 2014 to help MSP partners capitalize on increasing opportunity and increase revenue with Continuum Cloud Console (C3) and Sync247.
The MSPmentor 250 report is based on a global survey of MSPmentor site readers conducted in the first half of 2014. The MSPmentor editorial staff, led by Davis, also weighed in with nominations, based on the team’s daily coverage of the managed services market. The resulting MSPmentor 250 and Hall of Fame coverage represents MSP experts across business, technology, sales, marketing, community development, coaching and more.
