Continuum Welcomes New Executive Team Member to Build on Partner Success

IT service delivery platform provider brings on Wayne Berkowitz to drive greater achievements for partners

BOSTON, Mass. – September 11, 2017 Continuum®, exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, today welcomed Wayne Berkowitz to its executive leadership team. Berkowitz joins Continuum as the company’s new vice president of partner success and will report directly to Bob Kocis, chief revenue officer, as a member of his go-to-market leadership team.   

In his new role, Berkowitz is responsible for enablement, solution adoption, retention and satisfaction across Continuum’s partner base. Prior to joining Continuum, Berkowitz was vice president of global channel partners at Ellucian, a leading provider of enterprise software and services in the higher education marketplace. In this role, he was responsible for developing and managing the partner channel in Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Before Ellucian, Berkowitz was the CEO and managing director of Mindteck. He built a high-performance organization and transitioned the company to revenue growth and profitability. He also worked at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) for nine years, where he managed the North America SMB sales organization before becoming divisional vice president of Asia Pacific Sales located in Tokyo, Japan. Berkowitz began his career at IBM. During his 20-year tenure, he held various management positions across multiple functions such as finance, sales, marketing and distribution. In addition, he had international assignments in Europe and Latin America.
