BOSTON – September 12, 2017 – Continuum University, the self-paced, interactive online learning center for managed services providers, has issued 5,000 specialty certifications in administration, remote monitoring and management (RMM), Help Desk, backup solutions and selling managed IT services to Continuum partners. Continuum University is designed specifically to help Continuum partners and their technicians maximize the value they receive from Continuum’s platform and excel in the industry. Continuum University’s no-cost IT certification program includes training courses in Continuum’s RMM platform that offers proactive problem resolution backed by the company’s industry-leading Network Operations Center (NOC) and Help Desk, as well as Continuity247™, the company’s fully managed backup and disaster recovery (BDR) platform.
