Updated learning management system improves user experience for Continuum partners seeking the industry knowledge they need for success

BOSTON, MA – June 19, 2018  Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only service enabled technology platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, announced today that its self-paced, interactive online learning center, Continuum University, has been enhanced with a new and improved learning management system

Continuum University is designed specifically to help Continuum partners and their technicians maximize the value they receive from Continuum’s platform and excel in the managed IT services industry. Since 2012, the online learning center has helped Continuum’s partners gain the knowledge and competitive advantage they need to be successful, and has issued more than 6,000 specialty certifications to date.

To further its commitment to partner education, Continuum University now features a new learning management platform that offers streamlined navigation, comprehensive reporting, advanced filtering and a modern user experience. With this change, training will be more accessible and manageable for Continuum partners.

“I really appreciate the improvements that have been made to Continuum University,” says Chris Hanson, Sales Manager at office equipment and IT provider DocuSystems. “I’ve participated in many types of self-paced trainings over the years—and with other platforms, it’s usually cumbersome, difficult to find what you’re looking for, or the content isn’t always relevant. The Continuum team has done a great job of avoiding these problems and creating a great platform for us to leverage and learn from.”

“Partner success and enablement are at the core of everything we do,” said Jen Roadman, director of partner education at Continuum. “The improvements we’ve made to Continuum University reflect our partners’ feedback to offer a more enriching experience. We find value in providing content that helps our partners find success with Continuum’s products, and it’s important to us that we do so intuitively.”

In addition to the improved education platform, Continuum University has added two new courses for the company’s partners to gain in-depth knowledge on Continuum Security and Continuum RMM Desktop Care. The courses will help partners and their technicians stay up-to-date on the solutions and services they’re providing, ensuring best-in-class support for their end-clients.
