Leading MSP provider awarded for excellence and innovation in the MSP and IT services industry at The Cannata Report’s 34th Annual Award Ceremony
November 13, 2019 – Boston, MA – Continuum®, the Platform for What’s Next®, announced today that it has been awarded the Frank Award for “Best IT Services Provider” by The Cannata Report due to its excellence in delivering best in class IT software solutions. The company was recognized for its commitment to providing innovative solutions for office equipment dealers as they seek out greater scalability in the managed services industry.
The Best IT Services Provider Award recognizes the third-party IT services company that provides dealers with quality support and services that enables them to offer customers a superior IT service experience. Selections for this category are identified by survey respondents for offering MSPs and office equipment dealers with industry-leading IT services backed by stellar service and support.

The company’s President and CEO, Mike Marusic, also received the award for Best Male Executive. Additionally, Chris Scharf of Continuum’s partner Ray Morgan Company received the Humanitarian Award from Cannata, marking the second time in history that Cannata has bestowed such an award. The company was awarded for its inspiring fundraising campaign to assist its employees and the communities affected by the Camp Fire in Northern California in November 2018.
The awards are based on dealer voting in The Cannata Report’s 34th Annual Survey. This year’s Survey, sponsored by TIAA Bank, yielded the greatest number of participants in the history of the Survey with 344 dealers participating, resulting in a competitive field of nominees across the 10 award categories. With 2019 being the introductory year for the Best IT Services category, Continuum is the first ever recipient of the award.

Recipients of the Frank Awards were announced at The Cannata Report’s 34th Annual Awards & Charities Dinner at The Madison Hotel in Morristown, NJ. Sponsored by Hytec Dealer Services, PSIGEN Software, and Continuum, the event raised $295,000 for Tackle Kids Cancer, a philanthropic program benefitting the Children’s Cancer Institute at Hackensack Meridian Health.
