BSM’s Channel Partner Readers Recognize Continuum’s Exceptional Product Reliability, Service/Support and VAR Margins in RMM Software Category

BOSTON - Continuum, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed services, has been selected by Business Solutions Magazine (BSM) as a 2014 Best Channel Vendor in the Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) category. Value Added Resellers and BSM subscribers rated vendor partners in seven categories including service/support, channel friendly, product features, product reliability, channel program, product innovation and VAR margins.

This fall, BSM partnered with Penn State University to conduct a Web-based survey capturing significant data from active VAR subscribers. A total of 4,680 validated votes were cast, continuing the tradition of one of the largest and most detailed surveys of its kind. Scores were tallied by BSM editorial staff using methodology provided by Penn State.

The list of 2014 Best Channel Vendors is published in a special report in Business Solutions Magazine’s January issue. Continuum adds this recognition to many other awards including 2013 Channelpro Readers’ Choice Award and CRN’s 2012 5-Star Partner.

In support of industry partners, Continuum made significant investments in 2013, including launching its HIPAA Resource Center, relocating its data center to a premier facility hosted by Markley Group, doubling the size of its Network Operations Center (NOC) with a new facility in India and enhanced the Continuum University Certification program, among others.
