WOBURN, MA – Feb. 21, 2012 – Continuum, a leading provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) and business continuity solutions announces the launch of its “Reaching New Heights” multi-‐city road show that will cover 10 cities from February 21 through March 13. To date, interest in the Reaching Heights event has been tremendous with over 1,000 managed service providers registered to attend. The multi-‐city road show will feature important updates on Continuum’s aggressive product roadmap, the announcement of a special introductory program for the company’s new Mac agent for desktops that is scheduled to ship in early Q2 2012, and the roll-‐out of a new risk-‐free 45-‐day evaluation program for Continuum Vault, the company’s fully managed business continuity solution with instant virtualization.

“We are excited to deliver on our promise of an expanded vision and broader agenda, and personally bring our latest news and updates to the cities and communities where our partners live and work,” said Michael George, CEO. “What’s more, the roll-‐out of Continuum Vault has been a great success so far, with many successful product deployments at our partners’ sites.”

“We have been very impressed with how easy and quickly it has been to install Continuum Vault,” said Dan Wilson, President/CEO, Waypoint Solutions Group. “We had everything up and running within 30 minutes and are excited about all the end-‐to-‐end business continuity benefits that this solution delivers.”

In response to requests from MSPs who are interested in test-‐driving Continuum Vault, the company is announcing a new risk-‐free 45-‐day evaluation program.

Other developments that will be highlighted on the multi-‐city road show include the release of a Mac agent for desktops in early Q2. To accelerate adoption, the company is waiving the first three months’ subscription fees for partners who use this new product. In addition, the company will provide new updates on its product road map initiatives including:

  • Expanded endpoint coverage and full support for multiple virtualization and operating system environments including Mac, Mobile, and VMware.
  • Streamlined and enhanced user interface and workflows to enable greater efficiency and insight for Continuums MSPs.
  • Automated troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve problems faster including optimized ticketing, flows and advanced scripting.
