Many High-Quality Job Opportunities as Continuum Increases Building Space to 46,000 Square Feet, Engineering Headcount to Grow to 150 by Year End
BOSTON and MUMBAI, India – Aug. 11, 2014 – Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, has expanded its engineering office in Mumbai, increasing its workforce to 120 engineers since January, with 30 more engineering hires planned, bringing the total team in India to 680 people. Due to the company’s rapid growth, Continuum signed a lease for an additional 19,000 square feet of office space, now occupying 46,000 square feet in the Times Square building. The office houses the company’s engineering team along with the industry–leading 24x7x365 network operations center (NOC), monitoring over half a million servers, desktops and mobile devices for the SMB clients of more than 3,400 of its Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners.

Michael George was recently at the office for the company’s quarterly board meeting. He announced Ashok Bhandari as Country Manager & Whole Time Director, responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the Mumbai office, ensuring business objectives are achieved as Continuum drives the business to the next level. Ashok has more than 34 years of corporate and business experience, serving various companies including Unilever, Honeywell and Century Rayon.
Continuum recently expanded the leadership team by hiring Pratima Sethi in Mumbai as Vice President of Engineering. She has more than 20 years of engineering experience in the software industry. Previously, she spent over 13 years at Cisco in Bangalore, most recently leading the Security Protocols and VPN teams. She held various engineering roles at Cabletron Systems and Zeitnet India, a start-up in the ATM domain. Pratima specializes in networking protocol standardization and has authored Internet articles on IP security. She holds several patents in the networking domain and is passionate about building high impact teams. Pratima leads the engineering staff in India responsible for Continuum’s intelligent Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) platform, along with Continuum Cloud Console (C3).
All of Continuum’s worldwide engineering is headed by Paiman Nodoushani, Chief Technology Officer & Vice President of Engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering management and was Senior Director Cloud Products & Solutions for Avaya and Director Engineering & Portfolio Management for Cisco. He is on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity and a Board Trustee for Mass Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC).
