Distribution Agreement Opens Up New Australian MSP Markets for IT Service Delivery Platform Provider
BOSTON, Mass. – August 21, 2017 – Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, and Bluechip Infotech, one of Australia’s leading IT distribution networks, have signed a distribution agreement that will bring Continuum’s industry-leading platform and services to Bluechip Infotech’s customers, while opening up new Asia-Pacific markets for the technology provider. The agreement demonstrates Continuum’s commitment to the region, following the opening of its Sydney, Australia headquarters earlier in 2017.
The agreement will allow Bluechip Infotech to market Continuum’s remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform, powered by the company’s network operations center (NOC), to managed service providers (MSPs) in Australia and New Zealand. The platform allows MSPs to efficiently manage thousands of customer end-points, giving them back the resources to focus on higher-end, more profitable tasks at a time when skilled IT workers are highly sought-after.
For Continuum, the agreement is part of an international growth strategy to power MSP profitability in the Asia-Pacific region with its transformational business model. By partnering with Bluechip Infotech, Continuum gains access to the sizeable Australian MSP market through the distribution company’s network of over 1,000 partners, expanding brand awareness and market presence across the region.
