Apple iOS App with LogMeIn Remote Access and SMS escalation alerts delivers comprehensive remote control for Managed Services Providers on the go.
BOSTON - October 1, 2012 - Continuum, a leading provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) and business continuity solutions, today announced the release of a new Apple iOS app developed in cooperation with LogMeIn, called ITS247, that allows Continuum partners to access RMM functions and manage their customers' sites while on the go. In addition, a new SMS alert escalation option released today offers partners the added convenience of receiving alert notifications via text instead of a phone call. This release delivers a new level of mobile RMM control and enables partners to provide more responsive service while maximizing their productivity outside the office. In Q1 2012, Continuum and LogMeIn entered into a channel agreement to bring an exclusive combination of LogMeIn's remote access capabilities and Continuum's RMM features to managed services providers (MSPs).
ITS247 is available to Continuum partners at no charge and allows partners to remote into any device that has Continuum agents and control key functions related to managing their customers' sites, including access to tickets, alerts, machines, scripts and reports for each customer.
