Continuum’s Help Desk Headquarters in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania Hosts Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 to Celebrate Expansion, Continued Growth
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA – Sept. 10, 2015 – Continuum®, the industry's only channel-exclusive provider of fully integrated managed IT services solutions, is unveiling an expanded office space in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, doubling the size of its location that opened there in 2011 with 30 employees. A member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council (PTC), the largest regional IT trade association in the nation, Continuum is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 with a number of invited guests. The office houses Continuum’s Help Desk, which supports 50,000 IT users for the company’s more than 3,500 Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners. The office has grown to 160 employees and expects to hit 200 by the end of the year.

The Help Desk works in conjunction with the company’s industry-leading 24x7x365 Network Operations Center (NOC) with more than 600 technicians. The Cranberry Township office is also home to Continuum University, the company’s self-paced, interactive online learning center that certified its 1,000th IT technician in May 2015.
In 2012, Continuum, headquartered in Boston, established the Continuum Veterans Foundation, a nonprofit organization providing financial support to charities focused on helping veterans find jobs in IT. Continuum is the sole donor to the Continuum Veterans Foundation with a percentage of revenue from its Help Desk going to the Foundation. The company provides preferential consideration in hiring veterans and employs a number of veterans in Pennsylvania.
