Continuum’s Top MSP Partners to Share Success Stories and Tips at Second Annual Users Conference – September 27-29, 2015 – Las Vegas

Scott Spiro is speaking on managing technology for better business performance and success. He recently attributed his company’s 250 percent revenue growth to Continuum in a case study. A Technology Advisor based in Los Angeles, Scott is the author of the book, “The Business Owner's Essential Guide to IT & All Things Digital,” which recently landed him on the CBS Evening News, KTLA Channel 5 and in the Los Angeles Times. He was a finalist in the Robin Robins “Better Your Best” competition, in part to CSG adding $1 million in top line revenue in 2014.

Charles Love is speaking about the advantages of utilizing Continuum’s Network Operations Center and Help Desk to scale faster. Charles has been working in IT since 1997. He is very active in the managed service provider peer industry and is a frequently invited speaker at industry events. He was elected to CompTIA’s Managed Services Community Executive Council in January 2015.

Dan McCoy is moderating a partner panel centered on the powerful advantages of niching your IT services. Dan has been innovating and engineering technology “firsts” since 1993. He has been with Micro Enterprises for 16 years and recently founded to eliminate the technology and computer problems facing chiropractic doctors and their offices. His business may be smaller but he is proving that committing 100 percent to a niche can be very profitable.

Chris Johnson is sharing best sales and marketing practices around creating customized service packages based on customer needs and specific verticals. Chris is the co-founder of Untangled Solutions, and its motto, “We untangle healthcare technology” has catapulted the company onto the go-to short list for healthcare providers across the U.S. With more than 15 years of experience in IT services and Web development, Chris specializes in helping medical practices with their IT needs.

Jay Ryerse is sharing his successes with Continuum’s marketing programs and strategies. In 2004, he founded JTECH Networks, acquired by Digitel in April 2014. With over 20 years of IT experience, he doubled the size of his MSP organization in each of the last five years. He is the author of the book, Technology 101 for Business Owners. Jay has earned many honors, including 2015 MSPmentor 250, Continuum’s Rookie of the Year in 2014 and Robin Robins’ Better Your Best runner up in 2013. He is also a finalist in the Robin Robins “Better Your Best” 2014 competition.
