BOSTON – July 7, 2016 – Matt Mainhart, Technical Sales Engineer at Continuum®, the only channel-exclusive IT management platform company, is presenting, “A Technical Deep Dive into Continuum’s Continuity247 Platform,” at the July Greater Boston Network Users Group (BNUG) meeting on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts. Michael Barnes, Director, New Partner Acquisition at Continuum, is also joining the meeting. Founded in 1986, BNUG provides an educational, technical forum for computer networking professionals. The free monthly meetings are non-sales oriented and are a place to ask questions, get answers, share ideas and information.

At the meeting, Matt Mainhart is discussing fully managed support as part of your backup and disaster recovery solution. Matt provides technical training on cloud technology, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS as well as technical training and deployment of remote monitoring and management (RMM) software and services, and configuration training on backup and disaster recovery software services. He is based out of Continuum’s Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania office, home to the company’s Help Desk. He is also an industry instructor and computer forensics lab assistant at Butler County Community College in Butler, Pennsylvania. 

Michael Barnes has served Continuum for more than two years. He was previously with Experian Data Quality and Constant Contact.
