IT Service Delivery Platform Provider Promotes Paul Balkwell, Founding Member of EMEA Team

BOSTON, Mass. – August 15, 2017 – Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated IT service delivery platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, has taken the next step in the advancement of its global expansion strategy with the promotion of Paul Balkwell to vice president of international sales.

As European sales director, Balkwell has been responsible for building Continuum’s European business unit from the ground up since its opening in 2014, and has led the EMEA team to a record performance over the past 2.5 years. Balkwell’s appointment to vice president of international sales will continue to drive the company’s international expansion strategy plans forward, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, following the establishment of Continuum’s new regional headquarters in Sydney earlier this year.

Balkwell joined Continuum in 2014 as European sales director, bringing more than 23 years of technology industry experience in growing new markets and driving revenue growth within SaaS, cloud, IT managed services and software solutions. In that role, he was responsible for driving revenue growth through Continuum’s current Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, as well as through the recruitment of new partners in Europe.
