Continuum’s Sales Academy to feature new sessions in 2018, designed to educate and empower IT service providers with sales and business management skills
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA – January 8, 2018 – Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated, intelligent IT management and service delivery platform, will be enhancing the company’s educational offerings in 2018 with the expansion of Sales Academy. With new and improved training sessions, tailored for both the advanced and beginner sales representative, Sales Academy will provide IT service providers with enriched sales training, allowing them to unleash their sales potential and achieve greater profitability.
Continuum will host its second annual Sales Academy event, titled Sales Academy – Advanced, for partners on April 24 – 25, 2018 in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. The exclusive, invite-only event is designed for seasoned sales representatives, sales managers, and business owners to maximize the impact of their sales people and processes. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers and connect with their Continuum account team, as well as enjoy advanced sales training content presented by industry experts and senior members of the Continuum team.
Furthermore, Continuum will be offering Sales Academy – Foundation, a training session designed for those who are new to selling managed services. Each session will be limited to 15 participants to allow for a hands-on workshop environment that provides personalized feedback and the opportunity to network with peers. During this two-day session—offered multiple times throughout the year—attendees will develop the skills necessary to begin or improve their career in managed services sales, covering core components such as prospecting skills, delivering their value proposition, and objection handling. As a pre-requisite, attendees will also be required to complete the Selling Managed IT Services certification in Continuum University.
