Continuum’s Sales Academy to feature new sessions in 2018, designed to educate and empower IT service providers with sales and business management skills

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA – January 8, 2018 – Continuum®, the exclusive provider of the only vertically integrated, intelligent IT management and service delivery platform, will be enhancing the company’s educational offerings in 2018 with the expansion of Sales Academy. With new and improved training sessions, tailored for both the advanced and beginner sales representative, Sales Academy will provide IT service providers with enriched sales training, allowing them to unleash their sales potential and achieve greater profitability.

Continuum will host its second annual Sales Academy event, titled Sales Academy – Advanced, for partners on April 24 – 25, 2018 in downtown Pittsburgh, PA. The exclusive, invite-only event is designed for seasoned sales representatives, sales managers, and business owners to maximize the impact of their sales people and processes. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers and connect with their Continuum account team, as well as enjoy advanced sales training content presented by industry experts and senior members of the Continuum team.

Furthermore, Continuum will be offering Sales Academy – Foundation, a training session designed for those who are new to selling managed services. Each session will be limited to 15 participants to allow for a hands-on workshop environment that provides personalized feedback and the opportunity to network with peers. During this two-day session—offered multiple times throughout the year—attendees will develop the skills necessary to begin or improve their career in managed services sales, covering core components such as prospecting skills, delivering their value proposition, and objection handling. As a pre-requisite, attendees will also be required to complete the Selling Managed IT Services certification in Continuum University.

“I thoroughly enjoyed attending Continuum’s first Sales Academy because my team and I were able to walk away with tangible strategies to help grow our business,” said Michael Clinton, Senior Account Executive at Entre Computer Services. “In addition to the world-class facilities and the fantastic speakers, Continuum’s Sales Academy event provided enriched education around how to drive sales and better leverage Continuum’s platform. What’s more, meeting with many of the Continuum employees and getting a tour of the Cranberry Township office further reinforced my belief that Continuum is the right selection as our business partner, and I’m eagerly awaiting the next Sales Academy.”

“Continuum is committed to enabling the most successful and profitable IT service providers in the industry,” said Bob Kocis, Chief Revenue Officer at Continuum. “As our partners look to grow and scale their businesses, it’s our goal to provide them with the tools and resources required to do so. These new training opportunities will prepare our partners to better sell managed services, enabling them to expand their knowledge, win new business, and fuel business growth in 2018.”

In addition to expanding Sales Academy to meet market needs, Continuum will also offer Technical Bootcamp sessions in 2018. These sessions are designed for new technicians or new Continuum partners, and will focus on the fundamentals of how to integrate Continuum's products into their day-to-day workflow.
