Continuum and LogMeIn Enter Into Channel Agreement to Bring LogMeIn Remote Access to Continuum MSP Partners

WOBURN, Mass. – Feb. 21, 2012 – Continuum Managed Services LLC, a leading provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) and business continuity solutions, and LogMeIn Inc. (NASDAQ: LOGM) announced a reseller and OEM agreement that names Continuum as LogMeIn’s exclusive managed services provider (MSP)-­‐dedicated channel partner for the LogMeIn Pro and LogMeIn Free remote access products, for a one-­‐year period. According to the terms of the deal, Continuum will offer LogMeIn’s remote access capabilities to Continuum’s MSP partners as part of Continuum’s RMM and business continuity solutions. The exclusive nature of the partnership provides MSPs with a simple and unique means of benefiting from both technologies through a single set of managed services, while giving Continuum’s MSP partners the ability to gain remote access of their clients’ machines from either desktop or mobile devices.
